A trav\u00e9s de la espectrometr\u00eda nanomec\u00e1nica, el proyecto explora un enfoque innovador basado en la medici\u00f3n de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de las part\u00edculas virales, prometiendo superar las limitaciones de las t\u00e9cnicas actuales y ofrecer una herramienta crucial para el control de futuras pandemias.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-23638415\"><div class=\"uagb-separator-spacing-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>El objetivo de VIROMECH es determinar la viabilidad te\u0301cnica de la espectrometri\u0301a nanomeca\u0301nica, es decir, la identificacio\u0301n de analitos por sus propiedades meca\u0301nicas, para la deteccio\u0301n y evaluacio\u0301n de la infectividad en tiempo real de part\u00edculas virales.<br><br>El proyecto persigue proporcionar una prueba de concepto para la medicio\u0301n de la masa y la rigidez de los virus por medio de resonadores nanomeca\u0301nicos, donde los virus se adsorben despue\u0301s de ser transferidos desde suspensio\u0301n li\u0301quida mediante ionizacio\u0301n por electro-espray. La medicio\u0301n de la masa y la rigidez de virus individuales mediante la lectura del cambio de frecuencia de resonancia de los resonadores nanomeca\u0301nicos tras su adsorcio\u0301n permitira\u0301 su deteccio\u0301n aprovechando los patrones de distribucio\u0301n distintivos de estas propiedades, sin necesidad de bioreceptores especi\u0301ficos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La innovacio\u0301n radical de VIROMECH, basada en explotar las correlaciones existentes entre la infectividad de los virus y su rigidez, abrira\u0301 un enfoque sin precedentes para la evaluacio\u0301n de la infectividad de virus en tiempo real, una informacio\u0301n que no ofrecen las te\u0301cnicas ma\u0301s avanzadas de deteccio\u0301n de a\u0301cidos nucleicos, como la qRT-PCR (quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction), y sin la necesidad de ensayos de cultivo celular que pueden tardan hasta semanas en proporcionar informacio\u0301n sobre infectividad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A partir de una base cienti\u0301fica esta\u0301 so\u0301lidamente respaldada por resultados de investigacio\u0301n, incluidos los del Proyecto Nacional EXOFLUX del que se deriva VIROMECH, el proyecto aborda establecer una prueba de concepto (TRL3) y su validacio\u0301n en condiciones de laboratorio (TRL4).
