By combining dip-in nanowire probes, ionic-liquid suspensions, and acoustofluidic control, this technology enables vacuum-compatible, loss-free, nanoliter-scale single-nanoparticle characterization with 0.1-attogram mass resolution at ~38 particles per minute.
