Derivado del proyecto base CELLTANGLE (RTI2018-099369-B-I00), que desarroll\u00f3 instrumentaci\u00f3n pionera para fenotipado mecano-inercial de c\u00e9lulas cancerosas, ONCOLIGHT ha llevado esta tecnolog\u00eda desde un TRL3 hasta un TRL4, valid\u00e1ndola en laboratorio para aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas concretas. Adem\u00e1s, se han establecido las bases para avanzar hacia un TRL5, con una estrategia clara de transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica hacia el entorno cl\u00ednico y de investigaci\u00f3n oncol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha perfeccionado un cit\u00f3metro optonanomec\u00e1nico basado en resonadores huecos transparentes, capaz de medir masa, densidad y propiedades \u00f3pticas de c\u00e9lulas individuales a una velocidad de 300 c\u00e9lulas por minuto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Este dispositivo representa un avance sustancial al combinar alta resoluci\u00f3n biof\u00edsica con an\u00e1lisis en flujo, abriendo nuevas posibilidades para la clasificaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas tumorales y la evaluaci\u00f3n en tiempo real del efecto de tratamientos farmacol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto sienta las bases para futuras colaboraciones con hospitales, centros de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas del sector biotecnol\u00f3gico.
